To make the agent side of PropGo more useful and user-friendly by simplifying how agents create listings, track credits, manage client enquiries, and update their profiles.

Agents are busy professionals who need tools that save time and help them stay organized. The older version of the portal made common tasks — like listing a property or checking credits — more complicated than necessary.

So, our challenge was to improve the experience with clearer steps, better structure, and thoughtful design - making it easier for agents to grow their business through the platform.

What can agents access on these platforms?

Are they allowed to create listings, manage enquiries, and update their profile easily, or are some features only for paid users?

Is it easy to find the buttons or pages to create listings, use credits, or edit their profile, or are these hidden in menus?

Do they follow a step-by-step guide, or is it just one long form? Is it clear and simple for agents to complete each task?

What do these platforms focus on the most?

Are they helping agents post faster, talk to more buyers, use credits better, or get more views on their listings with extra tools?

Offers a multi-step wizard (Basic → Location → Pricing → Media → Review), aiding clarity and structure.

Offers segmented credit packages (Post, Repost, Turbo, Boost, Spotlight) with real-time pricing

Uses lead scoring to prioritize “hot” and “warm” leads

Provides separate tabs for basic info, contact, and certifications—especially relevant for Pro agents.

Encourages full profiles through prompts that boost Listing Quality Score and trust .

One-page form with section headings; lacks wizard clarity.

Optional upsell after form completion (featured listing, premium exposure).

Basic autofill of agent’s contact info; listing flow remains manual.

Basic balance view in account settings; lacks package recommendations.

No segmented credit types; credit feature feels underdeveloped.

Basic “Messages” section with simple threading; lacks filtering.

Prompt encourages faster replies, but UI is plain.

Offers fields for bio, contact, and profile image; no separation of Pro/Basic.

Shows a completion checklist, but lacks motivational prompts.

Limited advanced fields; Pro features available via service tiers.

Emphasizes quality photos, scheduling visits, and matching tools.

Option to use transaction services (add-ons) during listing flow.

Analytics on performance and views post-publish.

Hosts use a multi-step wizard: Title → Type → Photos → Amenities → Pricing → Calendar → Review → Publish

Prompts professional photos, clear descriptions, and pricing suggestion tool .

Restructured agent-side flows (Create Listing, Credits, Enquiries, and Profile) to reduce cognitive load and improve task completion.

Important actions like “New Listing,” “Credit Balance,” and “Unread Enquiries” were surfaced directly on key screens for quicker access.

Created detailed wireframes for all four flows to map user actions clearly, avoid repetition, and ensure visual clarity.

Built clickable prototypes for usability feedback, helping validate layout changes and test improved flow efficiency before final UI design.

Maintained PropGo’s brand guidelines across screens while refreshing layout elements to suit agent-specific workflows.

Used a clean, professional UI with clear hierarchy and minimal distractions to improve readability and create a sense of control for agents.

Working on the PropGo Agent Platform sharpened my approach to platform UX—balancing user business goals with listing efficiency, lead quality, and profile visibility. It wasn’t just about creating property workflows; it was about enabling agents to take confident, timely actions in a competitive market.

The project taught me how to simplify backend-heavy actions (like credit management and lead tracking) into intuitive experiences. It also helped me connect system thinking with UX clarity—building tools that support not just usability, but performance under pressure.

PropGo is more than a property listing tool; it's a practical, insight-driven workspace for real estate agents. From creating listings to managing enquiries and credits, the platform streamlines complex tasks into guided flows. With informed UX decisions and a focus on agent success, it’s designed to scale with both users and business needs.
